Membership FAQs
Members can customize the entire shipment. Members will receive an email prior to each release that will prompt them to make their selections if they'd like. Note that additional pricing may apply based on the bottle selections made. All customization selections must be made prior to the cut-off date listed in each release email.
Your card will be charged on a per-release basis. Cards on file will be charged after the cut-off date and prior to release shipment.
Even though we'd hate to see anyone cancel a membership, our memberships are able to be cancelled at anytime after your first membership release order.
